1. Enrollment in the Program
To become an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you must complete the Affiliate Program application truthfully and accurately. PassRE (“Company”) reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Rejection may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, incomplete applications, inappropriate or misleading promotional methods, or conflicts of interest.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:

- Promote PassRE in a lawful, ethical, and truthful manner.
- Avoid making false claims or unsubstantiated income guarantees.
- Follow all applicable advertising laws, FTC guidelines, and disclosure requirements.
- Refrain from spam email marketing, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other deceptive methods.
- Only use approved marketing materials provided by the Company unless otherwise authorized in writing.

3. Commission Structure
Standard commission rate: 30% of the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts).

For the current $99 promotional pricing through January 1, 2026, commission will be calculated on the discounted amount.

Commissions are one-time per sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

No commissions are earned on your own purchases.

4. Tracking and Attribution
Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links generated in our tracking system.
We operate on a last-click attribution model unless otherwise agreed.
Cookies last 90 from the initial click unless cleared by the customer.

5. Payment Terms
Payouts occur monthly, 30 days after the sale date to account for refunds and chargebacks.

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.
Payments will be made via Stripe, PayPal, ACH, Apple, Google Pay, or other agreed upon method.

Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees and providing accurate payment details.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals
If a customer requests a refund within the Company’s refund policy period, the commission for that sale will be voided.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in commission reversal.
Fraudulent activity (as determined by the Company) will forfeit all pending commissions.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
- Bid on the Company’s branded keywords or trademarks in search engine advertising without written consent.
- Use “PassRE” or variations as part of their domain name.
- Misrepresent themselves as Company employees or owners.
- Offer unauthorized bonuses or incentives that create false expectations.
- Engage in unlawful, offensive, or defamatory promotional methods.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PassRE’s trademarks, logos, and approved materials for promotional purposes only.
All rights remain with the Company. Unauthorized use will result in termination.
9. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions for non-qualified sales will be forfeited.
Affiliates must cease all use of Company branding immediately.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” without any guarantees of earnings.
The Company makes no representations regarding the volume or profitability of affiliate sales.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
Liability is limited to the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the previous 6 months.

12. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By applying to and participating in the PassRE Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
